I’m Katy McCourt-Basham, a Product Designer focused on creating valuable, out-of-the-box solutions to real-world problems. I have a background in tech support, client relations, customer service, and a penchant for customer empathy and advocacy. I love a challenge, and find true joy in solving difficult problems.
